Questions procurement always asks first.
How is pricing calculated?
Per bus in active service at the start of the fall term, locked for the academic year. Adding buses mid-year is prorated; removing them doesn’t generate refunds.
Are there hardware costs?
None required. The driver app runs on the existing fleet phone or tablet. If you want fleet GPS hardware, we resell at cost; most pilot schools skip it.
Multi-year discount?
10% off year two and three with a three-year commitment. We’ll quote it in your contract.
What happens after the pilot?
Most schools move to a paid plan. If you don’t, we delete your data within 30 days of pilot end — or sooner on request. No retention games.
Can we use a PO?
Yes, every paid plan. Net-60 standard, annual invoicing, fiscal-year alignment available.
Cooperative purchasing?
Available on TIPS-USA and Sourcewell contracts. Skip the RFP if it’s easier for your district.
Do you charge for support?
No. All plans include full product support. We don’t sell training packages or charge per-ticket.
What about driver phones / data plans?
If you don’t already issue a fleet phone, we have a partner that ships LTE-enabled Android tablets at $11/month including data. Optional.
